We will remove your name, address and contact details from our systems, but we must record in a secure location your identity to meet other UK Health and Safety legislation.

    1. We are required by Health and Safety Leglislation to keep a permanent copy of who carried out monitoring and sampling visits - these records will be kept indefinatly e.g. who was the engineer that carried out monitoring of a site and when.;
    2. We are required by Health and Safety Legislation to record what Documents and Records you view whilst using our site - these records will be kept indefinatly. e.g. did you view the asbestos information for a location before carrying out building work.
  1. We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.
  2. Your data will only be stored in the UK.
  3. Data security is very important to Us, and to protect your data We have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected through Our Site.
